π Introduction
We live in a culture that normalizes stress. From a young age, we are taught that anxiety, worry, and agonizing over the future are simply the “costs of being human.” When the pressure builds up, well-meaning friends offer clichΓ© advice like, “You just need to empty your mind and find peace.” But how exactly are you supposed to do that? Without a concrete instruction manual, “emptying the mind” is just an empty phrase, and we go right back to accepting our daily stress as an unavoidable reality. But what if it isn’t?
In this post, two practitioners share a massive paradigm shift. One is a 34-year-old woman who suddenly realized that the heavy agony she accepted as “normal” was actually an illusion created in her own mind. The other is a young adult who finally found the missing piece of the puzzle: a concrete, simple, and powerful method to actually execute the advice of emptying the mind.
Read their eye-opening stories to see what happens when you stop accepting stress as a given and finally learn how to let it go.
π¬ Story 1: 𧩠“Discarding the Stress, Worry, and Agony I Thought Were a Given”
By Lee Yang-mi / Age 34 / Level 2
Living my life, I was always stressed and struggling due to numerous anxieties, worries, agonies, and thoughts, yet I just lived that way thinking it was a given because I am human.
“But I was so surprised that all those things don’t exist in the world, but are lies and illusions that don’t even exist in the world, which one constantly creates only inside one’s own mind world.”
I am so happy and grateful that infinite happiness exists once you escape that mind world. I am so happy to be able to do the meditation that discards that mind, and it is an overwhelming emotion enough to make me wonder if I had ever been this happy in my life. I want to not stop here but continue doing mind subtraction and be together. Thank you^^

π¬ Story 2: π οΈ “The Method to Empty the Mind, Simple Yet Powerful”
By Nickname / Age 26 / Level 1
Through the intensive meditation process for 1 week, it seems to have become an opportunity to look back on my life. I came to understand that the numerous lived lives piled up and piled up to form my mind, and I learned that these minds, from the perspective of the universe that exists originally, are an illusory world and nothing more than pictures of the mind, not reality.
“I had often heard the saying ‘You must empty your mind to become peaceful’ from the past, but this meditation presented a concrete method to discard that mind, and I think that method is very simple yet powerful.”
I don’t know whether I will continue practicing at the Main Center or use the local center, but I want to continue doing this meditation in the future as well.
