📖 Introduction
Many of us try to solve our internal struggles intellectually. We study psychology, read self-help books, and try to outsmart our own brains. Yet, despite all our conscious efforts, we often find ourselves reacting to life based on deep-seated subconscious habits. We get frustrated, asking ourselves, “If I created this subconscious mind, why can’t I control it?” When we rely strictly on our intellect—constantly “rolling our heads” to figure things out—we hit a wall. True transformation doesn’t come from overthinking; it comes from a practical method of emptying.
In this post, two individuals share how they pushed past their initial mental and physical barriers. One, a psychology student, realized that intellectualizing her problems was actually getting in the way of controlling her subconscious. The other overcame immense doubt and exhaustion during an intensive practice schedule, ultimately experiencing a profound surge of new energy.
Read their inspiring stories to see how dropping the habit of overthinking and simply following a scientific method can unlock true mental control and boundless strength.
💬 Story 1: 🧩 “Anyone Can Do It If They Just Follow the Method”
By Kim Jin-won / Age 26 / Level 2
I studied psychology in society and was very interested in changing myself. I thought I had changed myself a lot in my own way through psychology, but my actions seemed to be influenced much more by my subconscious than my conscious mind, and even swayed by it.
“So I always had a complaint about why I couldn’t control my subconscious when I was the one who created it.”
In the midst of that, I came to do this meditation, and doing the subtraction, my mind became light, and the fact that the method is scientific made me think I should continue this meditation.
Because I had lived rolling my head on the outside, I had a hard time because my habit of trying to do it with my head even though it’s done with the mind got in the way, but I learned that anyone can do it if they just follow the method.
I thank the guides who helped with the practice and everyone who practiced with me.

💬 Story 2: 🌅 “Gaining Strength, Mind Broadening With Awakening, and Energy Springing Up”
By Jang Su-ryun / Age 56 / Level 1
The practice process was harder than I thought before coming. Sitting and meditating from morning until late at night felt especially hard. And looking at the time schedule, I also had doubts about whether such practice was possible.
However, as the practice accumulated, I gained strength, and as awakenings added up, my mind broadened. With the feeling of energy springing up, I was able to devote myself even more. Around Wednesday was the hurdle, but I think I overcame it well with the help and guidance of the guides.
“What I deeply felt during the practice process was that my mind had taken many fake pictures of the mind stained with various emotions, keeping them deeply, deeply, and that I had lived agonizing and suffering in life.”
I came to feel the fact that I must realize they are fake, extract them, and empty them to fill it with the true mind.
I only hope that through this very practice, I can study to the end and achieve human completion. I offer touching words of gratitude to the guides who guided me while being together until late hours through the difficult process.
