πŸ“– Introduction

When we hit a wall in life, the exhaustion we feel can be entirely paralyzing. For some, it is deeply physicalβ€”working grueling 13-hour shifts on your feet, feeling so restless and burned out that the mere thought of sitting still feels impossible. For others, the paralysis is purely emotionalβ€”drowning in an inferiority complex so deep that no matter how much you rationalize it in your head, you simply cannot find the strength to move forward. We often blame the world for our circumstances, waiting for an external fix. But what if the key to rising again is simply letting go of the heavy mind?

In this post, two individuals share their powerful stories of finding a new turning point. One is a 42-year-old who overcame severe physical restlessness and a “wild personality” to find true lightness. The other is a 25-year-old who broke free from a paralyzing inferiority complex and a victim mentality to finally step forward with courage.

Read their honest reflections to see how emptying the mind can give you the hope and strength to rise again, no matter how exhausted you feel.

πŸ’¬ Story 1: πŸŒͺ️ “A New Turning Point to Find True Happiness”

By Saja / Age 42 / Level 1

Due to the nature of my job, I stand for 13 hours a day, so I couldn’t even dream of doing meditation that requires moving or sitting. Moreover, my personality is on the wild side, so it was hard to approach easily. There was a time when I hated sitting more than dying.

“But I feel like this opportunity will be a new turning point for me. I just laid everything down without any personal motives and simply followed the guidance.”

Although not everything is gone yet, realizing that the residues in my mind are disappearing one by one makes both my body and mind lighter.

In a week, I’ll return to my daily life again, but whether at the local center or coming back here, I want to diligently devote myself until the day I find true happiness.

-Thank you.-

πŸ’¬ Story 2: πŸŒ… “I Found the Hope to Rise Again”

By Choi Ji-young / Age 25 / Level 1

When I first decided to come to this meditation, I was drowning in an inferiority complex and everything felt unstable. I understood in my head that I shouldn’t be like this, but due to the constantly repeating emptiness, my mind became weaker and weaker, and I simply couldn’t find the strength to rise again.

For the first few days after coming here, I sat down trying to discard my mind, but the cause that made me have this mind was still directed at the world rather than myself. ‘Why am I so inadequate?’ or ‘If only that hadn’t happened, I would be living well…’

“Then, at some point during the meditation, all those emotions connected into one, and I saw my terrifyingly selfish self. The countless words and actions I had done to hide or be intoxicated by my inferiority and superiority complexes, and the times I cried and laughed, were ultimately the world I had created.”

So I gathered a little strength and tried to discard all my mind exactly as the guides instructed. As I did, my mind became comfortable and I vaguely felt the universe mind.

Still, new minds I didn’t know about keep coming up and there is a world of minds I need to discard, but I found the hope to try and rise again. I have gained the courage to step slowly towards the true mind, no longer struggling in the fake world I created. Thank you to everyone I met here.
