📖 Introduction

Have you ever felt that work stress, depression, or difficult circumstances were controlling your happiness? When our minds are filled with worry and frustration, even ordinary challenges can feel overwhelming. We often try to change our surroundings without realizing how much our own thoughts influence the way we experience life.

In these two meditation testimonials, a 43-year-old practitioner shares how mind subtraction meditation helped him develop a more positive mindset, greater generosity, and a peaceful perspective on life. Meanwhile, a 36-year-old who reluctantly attended meditation discovers an unexpected sense of freedom and emotional lightness after just one week. Their experiences show how meaningful change can begin within.

💬 Story 1: 🌿 “My Positive Mindset That Changes Even Difficult Situations”

By Jeong Min-hyung / Age 43 / Level 1

1. What I Felt

I realized that the change through subtraction changes not only me but also the situations around me. Starting meditation at the local center two months ago, I learned that work stress and the depression that developed from that stress all start from the mind, and I experienced getting better through subtraction.

2. What Has Changed

I gained a positive mind and generosity of heart, and as I found composure in my mind, not only my job but all difficult situations changed positively.

While meditating at the center, when I look at the sky and surrounding nature while coming and going outside, I feel that the world is peaceful and that I am one with this nature—things I hadn’t felt before—and it feels like I am seeing and accepting everything exactly as it is.

Thank you.

💬 Story 2: 🕊️ “The Main Center I Came to by Force, and After a Week Passed”

By Inner Peace / Age 36 / Level 1

Dragged here by force at the recommendation of someone next to me, I didn’t want to do it from the first day, but I took the course with the feeling of ‘let’s just endure it for 1 week’.

“Watching myself change little by little, the door to my mind began to open.”

Now, a week later, I have come to feel that my body and mind are very unburdened.

This is a place I want to recommend people around me to try once.

Thank you to all the helpers and assistants.
