📖 Introduction
Entering the adult world and facing an uncertain future can often feel incredibly overwhelming. Many of us find ourselves slipping into a cycle of negativity, feeling a heavy knot in our minds, and living with a quiet sense of hopelessness about what lies ahead. We lose our sense of gratitude and simply survive day by day, constantly weighed down by anxiety. But what if you could untangle that heavy knot in your mind and regain your natural optimism?
In this post, two practitioners share their inspiring journeys of finding true relief. A 37-year-old shares how subtracting the mind drastically reduced their negative thoughts, leaving behind a deeply grateful heart. Meanwhile, a 22-year-old shares how she overcame the depression and anxiety of entering the workforce. By following the meditation method, she was able to empty her mind, awaken her dulled senses, and finally feel that she could live happily going forward.
Read their stories to see how mind subtraction can dissolve future anxiety, clear away negativity, and help you find genuine gratitude and happiness.

I came to feel gratitude that I can subtract the mind. And I am also thankful to the people meditating with me.
Saying negative things has decreased a lot. The biggest change is that I came to have a grateful heart.

💬 Story 2: 🌙 “I Will Be Able to Live Happily Going Forward”
By Yoon Mi-yeon / Age 22 / Level 1
After graduating from college and entering social life, I felt myself becoming depressed. I lived unhappily with anxiety and a sense of hopelessness about the future. I had thought since I was young that I wanted to live happily, but my life gradually became more unhappy. During that time, I saw a flyer for this meditation on the street and came.
I half-believed and half-doubted, but doing exactly as the helpers said, magically my mind gradually emptied. The knot in my mind disappeared and I felt refreshed. Not only that, but it seems I have also regained senses that had become dulled. The mind that I can live happily going forward arose.
Thank you, helpers! ♡ I will make an effort so that I can do it up to the completion Level.
