π¬ Story 1: π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ “This Meditation Brought True Happiness and Positivity to Our Family of Four”
By Park Yun-seop / Age 52 / Level 1
There are 4 people in our family. My wife, my son, my daughter, and me. Our daughter was attending college in Seoul a year ago, and I supported her diligently without material lack so she could pave her future. They say misfortune strikes a person all at once, and exactly last year, that seemed to be the case for me. Before that, I had lived thinking we were living well and were happy.
“My father passed away in May of last year, and exactly at that time, things happened to my daughter psychiatrically to the point of her giving up on her life, hitting me like a tsunami. I truly had no answer on how to overcome this.”
[But through this meditation, it brought true happiness and positivity to our family of four.] Thank you so much, helpers.

π¬ Story 2: π± “The Feeling That I, Who Felt Like a Loser, Have Been Reborn”
By Sophia89 / Age 27 / Level 1
I am a person who had lived thinking that the environment I grew up in was negative. So it felt like that thought would continue, and predicting that my future would also be dark, I lived each day struggling without hope, until I sought out this meditation on my own grasping at straws.
“What I learned while meditating is that they taught me that my appearance until now was created by my self-centered mind, and that I could become sufficiently happy just by discarding those thoughts. So I erased all the images of my unhappy self with my mind, and upon doing so, I felt refreshed and it became an opportunity to look back on the true me.”
Just by discarding my own thoughts of feeling unhappy alone, I felt like I, who had felt like a loser, had been reborn. I leave knowing the principles of the world from this meditation. Thank you~. ^.^
