💬 Story 1: “I Think It Was a Good Thing I Came”

By Jung Da-mi / Age 26 / Level 1

At first, I was half in doubt. Since it’s only a week, I came thinking let’s just consider it being tricked, but for about 3 days I thought a lot about just leaving. However, every hour as I meditated, I felt that many pictures in my mind were being discarded without my realizing it, and my stray thoughts disappeared little by little.

And amazingly, the pictures I had thought about dozens of times every day no longer came to mind. Although there are still things that haven’t been discarded to finish Level 1, without feeling impatient, I will continue to practice and slowly discard the pictures.

“It was only a 6-day period, but thinking that the things that exhausted and made me struggle were fake and pictures of the mind, amazingly, whenever I practiced, even bringing out the exact same pictures wasn’t agonizing and became comfortable.”

Now I am grateful to the pictures that led me to know this meditation, and I will continue doing the subtraction like that without stopping. Until I become the universe mind. I think once again that it was a good thing I came.

💬 Story 2: “That Something Filling My Mind, Me Who Felt Like I Would Explode If I Didn’t Empty It”

By Han Ji-won / Age 49 / Level 1

My mind coming to the meditation center was very complicated and confused. I wanted to have time to organize my 50 years of life, and I also wanted to create a new turning point. I also felt like I would explode if I didn’t empty those things filling my mind. Having made up my mind and coming here, I resonated with the explanation that the pictures I had taken were fake.

As I pulled out the pictures I took one by one and discarded them, the love, anger, and sadness I had hidden inside them flowed out, and my heart sometimes felt choked up.

“Feeling tears streaming down from my two eyes, I realized that even those emotions were fake pictures I had created.”

Discarding them according to the method, my mind gradually became lighter and my mood became refreshed. Those things that had filled my mind gradually disappeared, and I developed a broad mind. I am thankful for these times. I am thankful for the method of subtracting the mind, and I am grateful for creating these times.
