📖 Introduction

Many of us spend decades living diligently, working hard, and doing our best. Yet, when we pause to reflect, we might find ourselves burdened by our own stubbornness, hidden resentments, or a lingering sense of emptiness despite our achievements.

What if there was a practical way to peel back those heavy layers and truly empty the mind?

In this post, two individuals share their heartfelt reflections on looking back at their lives. Through a remarkably simple method of discarding the false mind, they discovered how easily they could let go of their lifelong burdens and find genuine exhilaration and clear direction for the future.

💬 Story 1: “I Am Truly Relieved That I Can Discard Myself”

By Lee Mi-jung / Age 52 / Level 1

I am grateful for the method of this meditation that made me look back on my entire life, which I thought I had lived diligently. Peeling back my life layer by layer like an onion skin and discarding it according to the method, I felt truly relieved inside.

I am truly ashamed of my stubborn and unyielding appearance, and I am truly relieved that I can discard that kind of me.

“Peeling back my life layer by layer like an onion skin and discarding it according to the method, I felt truly relieved inside.”

I am truly grateful for the method that allows me to discard myself. Thank you to everyone who helped me empty my mind.

💬 Story 2: “‘Discard, Empty’ is a Method That Can Actually Be Done Very Easily”

By Anonymous / Age 58 / Level 1

While doing this meditation:

  1. I was able to look back on my own life. It was a life I thought I had lived truly diligently, but realizing that the depth of my 58 years of life had flowed meaninglessly. I realized that all resentment and criticism were caused by me.
  2. Being able to truly discard my fake mind actually led to it being discarded, as I had heard countless times. I found the method where ‘discard, empty’ could actually be done very easily with emotional empathy to be mysterious and even wondrous, and it made me exhilarated.
  3. Realizing that the world inside my mind is fake, emptying that mind and meeting the universe mind allows me to feel ecstasy.

“I found the method where ‘discard, empty’ could actually be done very easily with emotional empathy to be mysterious and even wondrous…”

I am grateful for this opportunity and this method of what kind of life I should live going forward, and I will try doing this mind study to the end.
