According to Master Woo Myung, human beings are originally one with the infinite Universe, yet we live trapped inside a self-created mind world.
From birth, everything we see, hear, and experience is stored within us. Over time, this becomes a constructed reality—a picture world that overlaps with the actual world. Because of this, we mistakenly believe that what we see is real.

Through this teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that by discarding the accumulated mind, we can break free from illusion and return to the original Universe Mind—a state that is eternal, boundless, and complete.

Our Meditation guides people to change the human mind into the mind of the Universe, discover their true nature, and live with the mind of the Universe.
We cannot draw the Universe, which is the origin, but let’s draw it as a circle and think about it.
The stars, sun, moon, Earth, and even human beings all came out from the infinite emptiness of the Universe.
The original Universe before all creation (the Universe before the Universe) is called Bon Ba Dak.
The original Universe, Bon Ba Dak, existed before the stars and still exists now.
Even if everything disappears, it remains as it is—an eternal and unchanging existence.
The true nature of human beings is also the infinite and eternal original Universe.
However, we are unable to live with this original mind.
This is because people store everything they have seen, heard, and experienced from birth until now in their minds, and live inside of there.
This picture world precisely overlaps the actuality, so we live mistakenly believing that we are living in the actual world.
In our Meditation, there is a precise method to break free from one’s own mind world and become the mind of the Universe.
If me, along with the stars, moon, sun, and even the earth, which all lived until now inside the false mind world are all erased, only the origin, the Universe Mind remains. That Universe becomes my mind.
The Universe is the greatest, highest, widest, and the lowest—it is the mind of Truth that embraces all things without any hangups.
To be born again from the Universe Mind and live is to live the life of the Universe—it is completion.
Now is the era of the mind, the era of discarding the mind, and the era of completion.
Even at this very moment, many people around the world are discarding their minds and moving toward completion.
A beautiful world is being created through this meditation—let’s do it together.
