How is the human mind formed? And how can it be eliminated?

The principle of how the human mind is formed is the same as the principle of a camera.

Just as a photograph remains when you take a picture of an object with a camera,

Likewise, everything a person experiences becomes a picture and is stored in their mind.

People take in everything they experience through their eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and entire body as pictures, and store them in their minds.

Now, close your eyes and try to picture a flower.

Can you see it?
That is a picture stored in your mind.

The images of your family that you have seen since childhood are also stored as pictures in your mind.

Even the times you fought with your friends

Even the memories of your first love

All the moments of stress, worry, and hardship are also pictures stored in your mind.

These pictures in your mind cause you to suffer.

And we live our entire lives unable to escape from this mind world.

Our Meditation is the method of discarding those pictures of the mind.

Through the 7-step method of our Meditation, you reflect on your life and discard these pictures one by one.
