๐Ÿ’ฌ Full Testimonial: Iโ€™m Grateful. Iโ€™m Truly Grateful, Everyday

By XuAnn | Business Owner

I first began this meditation on September 18, 2011, and I will never forget that date because it was one of the most difficult periods of my life.

At the time, everything around me seemed to be falling apart.

I was going through a separation from my husband.
My oldest daughter had just left for college.
I was no longer speaking to my family.

My entire life felt like it was changing all at once, and emotionally, I felt completely lost, confused, depressed, and alone.

Before beginning this meditation, I carried a tremendous amount of resentment toward my family โ€” especially my parents. Deep inside, I believed they loved my brothers and sister more than they loved me.

Because of that belief, I focused almost entirely on the painful memories and negative experiences from my childhood and ignored the love and sacrifices my parents had actually given me over the years.

Then, in early September of 2011, I discovered a small green meditation pamphlet at work.

That evening, I read the entire booklet from beginning to end, and something about it deeply moved me. I immediately felt compelled to contact the meditation center.

When I called to schedule an appointment, an unexpected emotional reaction arose within me.

I started crying.

The next day, I attended the introductory lecture and decided to sign up.

After only the first week of practicing this meditation, I slowly began feeling calmer and less angry.

Then something remarkable happened:

I realized that much of the resentment I held toward my parents had actually been created and maintained within my own mind.

That realization changed everything.

Within three weeks, my entire perspective on life began shifting.

I even noticed physical improvements in my health. Before meditation, I constantly struggled with allergies, sneezing, and runny nose symptoms, but those symptoms gradually became much milder.

One of the most meaningful changes was reconnecting with my parents.

Eventually, I arranged a trip to visit my family in Vietnam for two weeks.

At first, my family was cautious and uncertain about my intentions. They did not know whether the changes in me were genuine.

But as we spent time together, something beautiful unfolded.

The visit went so well that I extended my trip and stayed an additional week.

We apologized to one another.
We laughed together.
We cried together.

For the first time in my life, I was able to sincerely apologize to my parents for the pain I had caused them.

Before meditation, I could never admit when I was wrong or say โ€œIโ€™m sorry.โ€

Now, I can openly tell my family that I love them.

I no longer fall into self-pity whenever life does not go exactly as I want.

Instead, I feel much more understanding, compassionate, and loving toward other people.

I truly do not believe I could have reached this place without this meditation.

Through meditation, I realized something profound:

The universe itself is Truth.

Because I am connected with the universe, I no longer feel alone.

I also realized that many of the painful thoughts and emotional stories I carried within my mind were not ultimate reality.

As I learned to let go of those accumulated thoughts and emotions, I became more aware, more present, and more free.

This experience has honestly been life-changing for me.

Since beginning this meditation, I feel happier, lighter, brighter, and more confident.

Most importantly, I feel grateful.

Truly grateful โ€” every single day.

My perspective on life has changed completely.

I now enjoy my work more.
I enjoy my children more.
I even enjoy myself more.

I feel much deeper love, appreciation, compassion, and understanding toward the people I encounter in daily life.

I am sincerely grateful to Woo Myung for sharing this meditation method with the world. I deeply appreciate the compassion and support I have received throughout this journey.

And to everyone who has helped and supported me along the way โ€” thank you.

I genuinely feel fortunate to have encountered this meditation.

From my own experience, I truly believe this practice has the power to help heal those who sincerely open their hearts to it.

And because of that, I sincerely encourage others to give this meditation a try and discover true happiness for themselves.
