💬 Story 1: “Resolving worries, overcoming inferiority, and making a resolution”

By Lee Sang-moon / Age 18 / Level 1

First of all, knowing that the mind I had harbored all this time was meaningless and unnecessary, I felt a sense of relief, and my agonies and worries were resolved a great deal.

“My inferiority complex and victim mentality disappeared, and through emptying, many of my past wounds were healed.”

Also, I learned how great the universe mind is, and I made a resolution that I would definitely become the universe mind and live a more wonderful life. And, I am really, really grateful to the guides, and I am thankful again for such an amazing meditation method.

I am ashamed of the me who lived with the mind I harbored over the past years. I think I shouldn’t live like that from now on. I look forward to the remaining Levels 2, 3, and 4, and how I will change after that.

Doing this meditation seems to have become an opportunity to look back on myself and organize my mind. My mental state has calmed, and I feel greatly cultivated.

“The practice is only about subtracting, but it’s truly surprising and amazing that the result is an immense outcome beyond imagination.”

I have a lot to say, but I will shorten my writing here. I thank the teacher who has worked hard during this time. Please always stay healthy. Sincerely, Park Chul-goo.
