The Life of the Good and Righteous
Jesus once said that he was not good but that only God was good. Indeed, a good and righteous man is one whose self has completely died and has thus been born again as God.
Man believes that once he dies everything will disappear along with him, but this is not true. Even though he may die, the eternal Universe will still remain. A person who eliminates all of his delusions while he is alive is reborn as the consciousness of the Universe, which is both God and Truth; he is reborn as a child of God and lives in His Land, which is one that lacks nothing. Indeed, a good and righteous man is one who works for the deliverance of all creatures from the pain and suffering of the dead world, and he is one who accumulates his blessings in Heaven. Only a person whose consciousness is complete because he does not have his own mind and has totally left the unenlightened world can do what is right.
Only a person who is complete both in body and mind is righteous. On the contrary, those who are not good and righteous are diseased both in body and mind.
