📖 Introduction

When we experience deep emotional pain, our instinct is often to bury it. We push the painful memories down, trying to forget them, hoping that as time passes, the wounds will simply heal on their own. But the truth is, ignored wounds do not disappear. They fester in the subconscious, secretly ruining our lives, breeding severe anxiety, and trapping us in a heavy victim mentality and inferiority complex. Facing those hidden wounds can be terrifying, but what happens when you finally muster the courage to look at them and let them go?

In this post, two practitioners share their powerful experiences of true emotional healing. A man reflects on his realization that his buried, “forgotten” traumas were actually the root cause of his struggles, and shares how finding the courage to face them finally brought him peace. Meanwhile, a 17-year-old shares an incredible transformation: by clearing his complicated mind, he cured a two-year battle with delusions, anxiety, and a messy victim mentality.

Read their inspiring stories to see how mind subtraction provides the courage to face your past, heal your deepest wounds, and step forward with a truly light heart.

💬 Story 1: 🌱 “A Good Opportunity for Wounds to Be Healed”

By Park Min-ho / Level 1

I had lived hiding the wounds I received in my heart deep inside, forgetting about them as time passed.

“However, while meditating, I realized the fact that even if I had forgotten them, they still existed in my mind and were the cause ruining my life.”

When I first started meditating, I was scared and didn’t want to touch the wounds again, but as a result of mustering up courage while thinking about the fact that I was living as a wreck in the past, my mind became lighter and it seems to have been a good opportunity for my wounds to be healed.

💬 Story 2: 🕊️ “Victim Mentality and Inferiority Complex Disappeared, and Wounds Were Healed”

By Giraffe Prince / Age 17 / Level 1

Before meditating, I had a lot of thoughts, a lot of anxiety, and my personality was a mess(?), but after doing this meditation, my mind broadened as if I could accept anything, and my complicated head cleared up so I think I can live with a much lighter heart.

Also, I was usually very interested in Tao, enlightenment, etc., and it was fun to experience it, and I feel like I’m learning a lot.

“Above all, the chronic illness of being lost in delusions for over 2 years was all cured, my victim mentality and inferiority complex largely disappeared, and I healed a lot knowing that the many things I was hurt by were meaningless.”
