“It is always the last key that unlocks the door.”
Over the past several years, a series of personal tragedies unfolded in my life that I simply was not prepared to handle.
Within a short period of time, I experienced the deaths of close family members, the collapse of a 25-year marriage, and growing emotional distance from my sons.
These painful events drove me toward the eternal questions of life:
What is the meaning of life?
What is Truth?
What is reality?
The emotional and mental strain quickly began affecting my physical health as well.
I developed serious health issues, including osteoarthritis that eventually required both hips to be replaced. I also struggled with high blood pressure, weight gain, and depression.
At some point, after repeatedly sharing my sadness and struggles with friends, even I became exhausted from hearing my own story of suffering over and over again.
That was when I realized something important:
I could not force the world to change to fit my situation.
Instead, perhaps I needed to change myself in order to live more harmoniously within the world.
That realization began a long search.
I explored books and philosophies, yoga and exercise, church communities, New Age and Old Age teachings, and even a weekly “Science of the Mind” study group.
All of these things kept me occupied and moving forward in some way, but deep inside, I still felt unsatisfied.
Then one weekend, a friend returned from this meditation practice and handed me a book.
The book was World Beyond World.
Looking back now, I can honestly say that book became the final key that unlocked the door I had been searching for all those years.
After reading it, I contacted a local meditation center and began what became a process of completely renewing my life.
I have now practiced this meditation for over a year.
And honestly, it is difficult to fully express with words what this meditation has come to mean in my life.
At its core, this meditation is about Truth.
It is about understanding who we truly are, how we exist, and where we are ultimately going.
Through this meditation, I began discovering who I really am beneath all the accumulated suffering, memories, fears, and identities I had carried throughout life.
I also began understanding more clearly how I relate to other people and to the world itself.
One thing that deeply moved me about this meditation method was that it did not care about my age, my religion, my past beliefs, or where my life journey had previously taken me.
I was simply searching for answers.
And this method allowed me to directly confirm Truth for myself through personal experience and reflection.
Since beginning this meditation, my life has taken a dramatic turn away from the falsehood, emotional burden, and superficiality that often dominate everyday life.
What I discovered feels too meaningful to keep only to myself.
Because in the end, this meditation is actually very simple:
It is a method that allows human beings to honestly work on themselves, discover Truth within, and live together more harmoniously.
For that, I feel deeply grateful.
And sincerely, I hope others may experience the same peace and transformation as well.
