Before I discovered this meditation, my life had become a maze of emotions.
Little by little, I was becoming consumed by anger, despair, emptiness, and hopelessness. No matter what I did, I never felt truly satisfied. Deep inside, I felt completely lost.
And yet, despite all of that suffering, there was always a small feeling inside me telling me that there had to be a way out.
Life felt too precious for this pain to be all there was.
So I began searching within myself.
At first, I tried meditating on my own at home without guidance. I attempted to keep my mind empty and peaceful, but the calm never lasted very long. Eventually, I would always find myself returning to the same emotional darkness and mental suffering.
Still, that experience helped me realize something important:
The root of my suffering was not outside of me.
The root was within my own mind.
Even though I did not fully understand what that meant at the time, it helped me remain open-minded and willing to seek deeper help.
Then one day, I came across a brochure for this meditation.
As I read it, something immediately resonated with me.
The message was simple and direct:
“Cleanse your mind and discover true happiness and your true self.”
For some reason, those words touched me deeply.
I felt grateful that I had somehow found this meditation at exactly the right moment in my life.
So I decided to begin practicing.
Honestly, it was not easy at first.
I was the first person in my family to try something “different” like meditation, and I was also balancing college life at the same time.
There were many difficulties, doubts, and challenges along the way.
But despite everything, I never stopped practicing this meditation.
And looking back now, I can sincerely say that it completely changed my life.
To this day, I have never felt more alive.
For the first time, I can truly see and feel the meaning and purpose of my existence.
I no longer feel empty.
I feel fulfilled.
I have gained inner conviction and strength.
I no longer live controlled by fear.
I genuinely feel alive.
All I can really do now is share my story and hope that it may help others who are searching for true happiness as well.
No matter your race, religion, nationality, background, or life experiences, I truly believe that genuine happiness exists.
It is not something temporary or dependent on external conditions.
It exists here and now.
And it will always exist.
