๐Ÿ“– Introduction

Anger rarely happens all at once. Usually, it builds up slowly over time, accumulating from daily frustrations, misunderstandings, and unspoken grievances. Like pressure building in a tightly sealed balloon, this trapped anger turns into chronic, heavy stress that affects our health and our ability to find joy. But what if there was a way to simply open the valve and let that heavy pressure drain away?

In this post, two women share their experiences of overcoming severe, built-up frustration. One arrived heavily burdened by stress and anger, only to find herself laughing freely after just one week of practice. The other discovered a profound psychological tool: the ability to recognize rising emotional triggers as illusions and instantly discard them before they take root.

Read their insightful stories to see how emptying the mind can deflate your built-up stress and put you back in control of your emotions.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Story 1: ๐ŸŽˆ “My Anger Subsided a Lot, and My Stress Was Relieved”

By Yoon Mi-jung / Age 47 / Level 1

I first found out about this meditation when a friend suggested I try it, saying it was so good after going with her son. I was a bit interested, and while walking downtown, I saw a poster for this meditation on the ground and went to the local center after seeing it. I had a lot of doubts until I started doing this meditation, but after practicing at the center and finding it completely fine, I made up my mind to do it to the end.

I was under a lot of stress and filled with anger, so the local guide told me to go to the Main Center and see effects in a short period of time, so I came.

“For me, there were many changes in just 1 week. First of all, my anger subsided a lot and my stress was greatly relieved.”

Thanks to the good lectures, I quickly became familiar with the method of mind subtraction, and it was so great that I could laugh a lot. I want to quickly become the universe mind and meddle in the affairs of everyone who knows me, telling them let’s become the universe mind together and live.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Story 2: ๐Ÿ›‘ “I Feel That Much of My Anger Has Drained Away”

By Bae Seo-hyun / Age 34 / Level 1

ยท I started meditating in a state where a lot of anger had built up. I feel that the emotion of anger has drained away a lot.

ยท It became acknowledged that all the emotions I know and feel are illusions of the mind, so I was able to easily discard them.

“I now know that the emotions rising up moment by moment are, ‘Ah, this is fake!’, and I became able to discard small emotions right then and there.”
