📖 Introduction

Life has a funny way of giving us exactly what we need when we are at our breaking point. Whether you are driving around aimlessly, desperately searching for a place to rest your exhausted body after surgery, or carrying a deep, heavy hatred toward your own family, the answer often lies in simply learning how to empty your mind.

In this post, two individuals share their transformative experiences with mind subtraction. One stumbled upon a meditation center by chance and finally cured his severe exhaustion and insomnia, while a young woman discovered the root cause of her family conflicts and replaced her resentment with genuine love.

Read their honest stories to see what happens when you finally find a sanctuary to rest your mind.

💬 Story 1: 🏕️ “It Was a Relief Among Reliefs Because I Was Looking for a Place to Empty My Mind”

By Jung Hwan-deok / Age 56 / Level 1

During my recovery period after back surgery, I was driving hard to get some fresh air. On the way, I saw a sign saying “this meditation.” Curious about what it was, I thought I’d drop by, and after consulting at the counseling room, I registered.

“I was so physically and mentally exhausted both at work and at home, and was always looking in my mind for a place where I could rest and empty my mind, so it was a great relief among reliefs.”

I entered last Saturday and started meditating, but for the first 2 days, my body and mind were so exhausted that I thought about going home several times. But I endured, endured, and endured again, and around the 7th day, as I became the universe mind, my mind started to feel at ease. My aching back and shoulders are getting a lot better. I struggled with insomnia in society, but now I fall asleep right after the training when I lie down, and I wake up at 6 AM, which feels good. I am feeling a lot of effects.

💬 Story 2: ❤️‍🩹 “Now I Am Able to Love My Family”

By Lee Se-eun / Age 29 / Level 1

I had a lot of hatred toward my family. As a day or two passed while meditating, one day I was only emptying my mind about myself.

“As two days passed, looking back on the situation as a third party, there were no actions without reason. It was all my fault and things I had created.”

Now I am happy and grateful that I can love my family.
