πŸ“– Introduction

Sometimes, the greatest turning points in our lives happen when we least expect them. You might agree to try something new just to appease a family member, quietly harboring doubts and wondering if it is a waste of time. Or perhaps you feel so physically and mentally exhausted that you barely have the energy to show up, let alone expect a miracle.

In this post, two individuals share how a reluctant start led to beautiful, unexpected changes. One arrived with a sick body and a heavy mind, only to find true joy, while a skeptical husband tagged along with his wife just to make sure she wasn’t going to “some strange place.”

Read their honest stories to see what happens when you set aside your doubts and simply try to empty your mind.

πŸ’¬ Story 1: 🌸 “My Body Was Sick and My Mind Was Heavy… Now I Am Joyful”

By Kim Yang-hee / Age 61 / Level 1

It was hard for me because my body was sick when coming here. But now my body has actually gotten better.

“I came with a heavy load on my mind. Now my mind is at peace and joyful.”

I was thankful to my younger sibling who got me to come. I was even more thankful that my older sister came for me. I will live with the universe mind. Thank you to all the guides and teachers during this time.

πŸ’¬ Story 2: πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ “I Accompanied My Wife Wondering If It Was Some Strange Place”

By Lee Sang-bu / Age 40 / Level 1

I accompanied my wife because she said she was going, wondering if it was some strange place. I harbored doubts from the first day. But since I came, I thought let’s just stay for three days, like the saying ‘a short-lived resolution’.

On the second day, I felt bad because my mind seemed to have only gotten heavier, but I made up my mind to just do it since I started, and followed along.

“And past Monday, on Tuesday, while erasing the pictures in my mind, I got a feeling of being somewhat lighthearted and my mind being at ease.”

So I have been doing this meditation until now, and I feel that it was a good thing I came. It’s been a week, but I hope I can live my life at home even just as much as I resolved here, after leaving this meditation. Thank you.
