Professor Yun Mi-ra worked as an oncology clinical nurse specialist for 17 years and received her Ph.D. in nursing from Seoul National University in 2013 with her research titled, ‘A Study on the Effects of the Ma-eum Su-ryun Meditation Program on the Psychological Well-being of Breast Cancer Survivors.’ πŸŽ“

As both a breast cancer expert and a meditation expert who has continuously practiced Ma-eum Su-ryun meditation for over 10 years, she has authored numerous papers on the effects of meditation for promoting the mental health of cancer survivors. πŸ“
