💬 I Felt Lighter and Free from Stress

When I first heard about this meditation, I was skeptical.
My husband had started practicing this meditation about five years earlier, but I waited nearly a year and a half before deciding to try it myself.
Like many people, I had doubts and questions. The method seemed very different from anything I had experienced before, and I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Eventually, I decided to give it a chance.
Almost immediately, I noticed that something was changing.
One of the first changes I experienced was an improvement in my overall health.
I began sleeping better through the night.
The daily burdens and worries that had weighed heavily on my mind no longer felt as overwhelming.
I felt lighter.
I felt calmer.
Most importantly, I felt free from a great deal of the stress that had once dominated my life.
🌱 Finding Relief from Stress and Worry
As I continued practicing, I gained new insights and understanding through the meditation process.
By reflecting on my life and letting go of the thoughts, memories, and burdens I had accumulated, I began seeing things from a completely different perspective.
I realized how much of my suffering had been created by my own thoughts, judgments, expectations, and interpretations.
For much of my life, I had been living inside a world created by my own mind.
Without realizing it, I had been viewing reality through layers of personal experiences, assumptions, and emotional attachments.
As I continued meditating, those layers gradually began to fall away.
✨ Greater Clarity and a Brighter Perspective
The world around me seemed brighter.
Life felt clearer.
My thinking became more focused and less cluttered.
With each level of meditation, I experienced greater freedom from the burdens that had once occupied my mind.
So far, I have completed seven levels of this meditation, and the changes have been remarkable.
Today, I feel a much deeper sense of appreciation for life and for the world around me.
I no longer feel overwhelmed by confusion or unnecessary mental clutter.
Instead, I experience a greater sense of peace, gratitude, and clarity.
