💬 This Meditation Is a Miracle
Interview with Victor Anaya
Welcome, Victor. Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with us. Can you tell us how this meditation has helped you during difficult times?
By practicing this meditation consistently, I gradually became free from many of the attachments that had controlled my life. As a result, I no longer live with constant worry.
One of the most important realizations I had was understanding that my thoughts are not who I truly am. That realization alone brought me tremendous freedom and peace.
🌱 Discovering Happiness Beyond Negative Thoughts
What would you say to someone who has never tried this meditation before?
I would encourage them to give it a genuine try.
This meditation has helped me experience a level of happiness and freedom that I had never known before. At first, it may take some time to understand because we are all accustomed to our habitual ways of thinking.
However, if you continue practicing sincerely, I believe you will discover the happiness you have been searching for.
🌧️ When Life Felt Completely Hopeless
What was your life like before you started meditating?
Before I began this meditation, I had completely lost hope.
I had tried many different approaches, but this was the first practice that brought me real change and tangible results.
At the time, I was experiencing physical pain throughout my body, making it difficult to sit comfortably for long periods. I was also carrying a tremendous amount of fear, anger, and emotional suffering.
I often found myself staring at a wall, feeling completely hopeless.
Honestly, I felt as though I was living in hell.
Even simple conversations became difficult because I struggled to focus and keep up with what people were saying. My mind felt clouded and exhausted.
I had lost a significant amount of weight, lost my job, and was under tremendous stress. During that period, I also developed chickenpox, which only added to my physical and emotional difficulties.
✨ The First Changes I Noticed
What changes did you notice when you first began practicing? During the first week or first month?
One of the first things I realized was how focused I had been on myself.
I believed I was a good person, but through meditation I began to see that much of my thinking revolved around my own comfort, my own problems, and my own suffering.
That realization opened my eyes.
At the time, I was taking antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication. I was also receiving psychological and psychiatric treatment and trying various healing modalities, including reflexology.
As I continued practicing this meditation, my condition gradually improved. Eventually, under professional guidance, I was able to stop relying on many of the treatments and medications that had once seemed necessary.
My mind became calmer, more positive, and much clearer.
I began having creative ideas again and started using my time more productively.
Before meditation, I was extremely quiet and withdrawn. Now I enjoy talking with people and connecting with others. I became much more outgoing and confident.
Most importantly, I experienced a deep sense of freedom.
Even my physical health improved significantly, and my recovery from illness was much faster than I expected.
🌿 Don’t Give Up on Yourself
What advice would you give to someone who has just started or is considering trying this meditation?
Don’t give up.
No matter what difficulties arise, keep moving forward because your freedom is worth it.
When I first started, I had many negative thoughts.
I often thought, “What’s the point of doing this?” or “This probably won’t help me anyway.”
At the beginning, I didn’t have much faith in the process.
But I also knew that the way I was living wasn’t working. I felt emotionally numb and unable to move forward in life.
So I kept going.
Looking back now, I’m incredibly grateful that I did.
🌈 A Miracle of Inner Transformation
Do you have any final recommendations for someone who is just beginning?
Yes.
There will be times when your mind becomes negative and tries to convince you to quit.
When that happens, don’t follow those thoughts.
Instead, continue showing up and practicing.
Negative thoughts only lead to more suffering, while meditation helps you heal and move forward.
For me, this meditation truly felt like a miracle.
Thank you so much, Victor. We hope your story brings hope to many people who may be struggling right now.
Thank you. I hope so too.
