Like many people, I spent most of my life feeling incomplete. I constantly believed that I would finally feel fulfilled if I could just achieve a certain goal, acquire more money, buy something new, gain more knowledge, or reach the next stage in life.
But every time I achieved those goals, the same feeling of emptiness eventually returned.
No matter what I accomplished, the sense of lack inside me never truly disappeared.
I was constantly worrying, constantly chasing satisfaction outside of myself, and constantly searching for something that could finally make me feel complete.
Honestly, it was exhausting.
It felt like living in a kind of personal hell.
Because of this suffering, I began reading as many spiritual books as I could find. Interestingly, many of them spoke about letting go of the ego or the false self created through past experiences and accumulated thoughts.
But although they spoke about the idea philosophically, very few explained how to actually do it.
I even attempted to meditate on my own, but I honestly had no real understanding of how to let go of my ego, attachments, fears, and mental burdens.
Then one day, I came across a pamphlet about this meditation.
For the first time, I found a meditation method that clearly explained an actual process for releasing the false mind and accumulated attachments.
What struck me most was that this method did not require adopting a new belief system, ideology, or doctrine.
Instead, it was simply a practical method for letting go of the false mind world we have accumulated throughout life.
As I continued practicing, I gradually realized something profound:
The more I let go of attachments, fears, and self-centered thoughts, the more peaceful and connected I naturally became.
It felt as though universal consciousness, love, or something much greater than my individual self was gradually filling the space left behind.

I have now been practicing this meditation for about eight weeks, and during this relatively short time, I have already experienced tremendous changes.
It has become very clear to me that as I continue letting go of attachments through this meditation method, I am gradually being filled with a deeper sense of peace, joy, completeness, and emotional freedom.
My mind is calmer now.
I worry far less than before.
I appreciate life much more deeply.
And for the first time in a very long time, I can genuinely see how beautiful life truly is.
