๐ฌ Full Testimonial: Complete Understanding of the Root of My Emotions
Ivna / Researcher
I have always felt somewhat disconnected from life.
Deep down, I sensed that there had to be more to life than this seemingly endless cycle of dissatisfaction that I could never fully escape. Things would feel okay for a while, but eventually that emptiness would return, and once again I would feel as though I was merely surviving rather than truly living.
I was constantly overwhelmed by my emotions โ endlessly chasing pleasure while desperately trying to avoid pain.
Over the years, I worked hard to improve myself and my relationships. I moved to different cities, focused on health and fitness, earned degrees, and built meaningful friendships.
From the outside, it may have appeared that my life was improving.
But internally, very little had truly changed.
That realization terrified me.
No matter how much external progress I made, the same emptiness, anxiety, dissatisfaction, and emotional instability continued existing inside me.
Everything began changing after I started this meditation.
Very quickly, I became deeply aware of how much my thoughts and emotions had been controlling every aspect of my life.
I realized that I had unknowingly been living inside a kind of self-created mental prison โ trapped within my own accumulated thoughts, fears, expectations, memories, and emotional reactions.
I had been living under the shadow of my past and could not clearly see either myself or the world as they truly were.
Through meditation, I gradually learned how to free myself from that self-oppressed state of existence.
More importantly, I learned how to genuinely cleanse my mind of the clutter and emotional burdens that had been preventing me from moving forward in life.
For the first time, I began understanding the true root of my emotions instead of simply reacting to them unconsciously.
And through that awareness, I slowly gained the ability to let them go.
Now, I no longer live controlled by fear or regret.
I no longer expect the world to constantly satisfy my personal desires or expectations.
As a result, disappointment has greatly diminished as well.
Instead of resisting life, I feel much more prepared to face whatever comes.
My mind has become quieter and calmer.
Things that once deeply disturbed me no longer affect me in the same way.
What excites me most is that I am still relatively new to this meditation journey, which means there is still so much more growth, freedom, and understanding ahead.
For the first time in my life, I genuinely feel hopeful about the future.
I would like to sincerely thank all of the teachers and instructors who helped guide me toward these realizations.
The answers I had been searching for were always within me โ I simply did not know how to see them before.
For that realization, and for this new life, I am deeply grateful.
