A public school assistant principal experiencing clarity of mind, release from past memories, and a profound discovery of lifelong truth through this meditation.
Many of us spend our lives constantly questioning our existence, feeling deep inside that there must be something more to life. We spend years searching for answersโattending church, reading self-help books, and exploring different spiritual practicesโyet still find ourselves carrying the same unanswered questions. We assume that replaying old memories, regretting past actions, and allowing decades-old events to control our health and happiness is simply an unavoidable part of human nature.
This deeply moving meditation testimonial shares the story of Ircania S., a public school assistant principal who reached a turning point where she wanted to focus entirely on her inner well-being. Despite her practical nature and professional achievements, she found herself constantly replaying old scenarios in her mind, wasting immense time and energy living in memories rather than the present.
Everything shifted when she found a brochure for this meditation online. By dedicating herself to a logical method of subtracting accumulated thoughts and replayed past memories, she sharpened her academic concentration, abandoned chronic anxiety, and discovered a true way of life. Ircania’s journey beautifully demonstrates how clearing away a frantic, self-centered mind allows an individual to find genuine gratitude for the present moment, transforming daily leadership and bringing a profound sense of hope to their family and workplace.
๐ The Endless Search for Answers and the Weight of the Past
โThroughout my life, I constantly questioned my existence. Deep inside, I felt there had to be something more to life. Because of that longing, I spent years searching for answers. I attended church, read countless self-help books, and explored various yoga and meditation practices. While each offered something valuable, none of them truly answered the questions I carried within me.
Eventually, I reached a point where I wanted to focus entirely on meditation. I began searching online for meditation centers, hoping to find something different. Then one day, I found this meditationโor perhaps this meditation found me. As soon as I read the brochure, I felt an immediate connection. Without any hesitation, I thought to myself: ‘This is exactly what I’ve been looking for.’ I called the center, made an appointment, and started right away.
I told myself, ‘What do I have to lose? I’ll give it a try and see what happens.’ Like any practical person, I even calculated how long it might take to complete all the levels and estimated the financial investment involved. In my mind, I viewed it as returning to school. But this time, instead of earning a degree, I would be learning how to discover Truth within myself. How could that possibly be a bad thing?โ
โก Breaking Free from the Cycle of Old Memories
โOne of the greatest changes I experienced through this meditation was learning how to let go of the past. Before, I constantly replayed old memories in my mind. I thought about what I had said. What others had said. What I had done. What others had done to me. Sometimes I revisited events from the day before, the year before, or even ten years earlier.
I realized that no matter how much I thought about those experiences, I could never change them. No one can change the past. So why was I allowing those thoughts to control my happiness, my health, and my peace of mind? Why was I wasting so much time and energy living in memories?
Through meditation, I learned to focus on the present moment. I began investing my energy in what is happening now rather than what already happened. As a result, my mind became clearer, my concentration improved, and even my memory became stronger.โ
๐ฟ Deepening the Journey to Become a Better Human Being
โThe more I practiced, the more passionate I became about this meditation. In the summer of 2011, I traveled to the main meditation center in South Korea and spent three weeks there. It was an incredible experience. I met wonderful people from all around the world who were walking the same path. The intensive meditation program allowed me to practice throughout the day and deepen my understanding much more quickly. The experience left such a strong impression on me that I hope to return again someday.
Today, I honestly cannot imagine my life without this meditation. Step by step, it continues to improve my life. This practice has become a journey of becoming a better human being. Every day, I work on letting go of pride, fear, judgment, jealousy, and other habits that prevent me from living freely. At the same time, I strive to become more humble, understanding, and compassionate.
Most importantly, this meditation has given me hope. I look forward to continuing the journey, completing all of the levels, and discovering even deeper truths about life. My sincere hope is to become one with the universe and live according to the true purpose for which we were created. For me, this meditation is not simply a practice. It is a way of life. And I am deeply grateful to be walking this path.โ
