π‘ INTRODUCTION
Have you ever found yourself endlessly replaying a small mistake or an awkward conversation in your head? π€οΈ For those who struggle with anxiety and perfectionism, the fear of being judged or appearing weak can be paralyzing. While others seem to easily laugh off awkward moments and move on, a perfectionistic mind will hold onto them for days, causing severe stress and exhaustion. Even after reading countless self-help books or trying therapy, the deep-rooted anxiety often remains.
Through meditation, however, it is possible to identify and clear the true triggers behind this anxiety. By looking inward, you can discover that much of this stress stems from holding onto impossibly high expectations and a rigid self-image. When you learn to discard the gap between how you think life “should” be and the reality of the present moment, the heavy burden of perfectionism simply melts away.

π CORE INSIGHT
βThrough deep reflection, I discovered that I had extremely high expectations for myself and lived with a perfectionistic mindset. My anxiety came from the large gap between how I believed life βshouldβ be and the imperfect reality of the world. In many ways, my pride and self-image were constantly being hurt whenever reality failed to meet my expectations.
Once I clearly understood this, meditation helped me gradually release those deeply rooted attachments and expectations. Over time, something important changed: Instead of fighting against anxiety, I began learning how to acknowledge and accept those feelings without fear… I no longer feel the need to be perfect all the time. I no longer feel the need to constantly appear strong.β
