📖 Introduction
Waking up every morning with immediate worry, or living under the heavy, unpredictable cloud of panic disorder and depression, is incredibly exhausting. When we are drowning in anxiety and psychological pain, it is completely natural to blame our circumstances, our environment, or the people who have wronged us. We believe the outside world is the cause of our torment. But what happens when you look inward and realize that the true enemy isn’t the world around you, but the collection of false, painful pictures stored inside your own mind?
In this post, two practitioners share their powerful resolutions to take back control of their lives. A 51-year-old battling recent hardships and sudden panic disorder shares his desperate realization that his torment came from within, sparking a courageous “war” against his false self. Meanwhile, a 19-year-old shares how she broke free from crippling morning worries, depression, and sad memories after just one week of practice.
Read their inspiring stories to see how mind subtraction can help you conquer your inner battles, break down your worries, and finally escape depression.
💬 Story 1: ⚔️ “I Am Going to Try Fighting a War With Myself”
By Kim Myung-soo / Age 51 / Level 1
I had known about this meditation from before, but after recently going through many difficulties, I started this meditation and learned for the first time what kind of place this meditation is and what meditation is like. After going through various difficult things and even developing panic disorder, I started Level 1.
“I realized more desperately that the things tormenting me were not that person or that environment, but the pictures in my mind, and ultimately, it was because of me.”
Although I haven’t passed the Level, I am going to try fighting a true war with myself as I continue.

💬 Story 2: 🌅 “Breaking Down Worries, Escaping Depression”
By King Kong’s Toe / Age 19 / Level 1
When I woke up in the morning, I used to start by worrying, but after meditating, I no longer think about those worries first. I am truly grateful and it’s great. I was always depressed and feeling down, but after finishing Level 1, I am no longer tied down by this complex.
I thought there was no enlightenment, but after receiving just one week of meditation, I had a lot of enlightenments.
“I am no longer trapped in depressing and sad memories, and when meeting people, I used to judge a lot based on outer appearances, but I felt that all those things had become useless too.”
I hope everyone who comes here engages diligently in the meditation and attains enlightenment.
