๐Ÿ’ก INTRODUCTION

๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ Our ancestors lived, struggled, and diedโ€”but many of them never truly understood why they lived.
In this reflective piece, Master Woo Myung reveals the tragedy of unawareness: living without knowing what life is, or what love truly means.

๐ŸŒ‘ They passed away into the afterworld without understanding their purpose, and the stories of their hearts vanished with them.
Now, those who live after them also do not know what their lives were for.

This writing encourages us to break the cycleโ€”to live consciously, to seek Truth, and to find the meaning that our forebears never knew.

Our Forebears

There were people living long ago,
a long, long time ago.
They lived lives
without knowing the reason why;
they lived without knowing what life is,
or what love is.

They departed to the afterworld
unaware of the reason or purpose
and they did not come back.
Their many, unspoken stories
also disappeared.
Those that came after them
do not know what they lived for.

๐ŸŒฑ REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION

๐Ÿง˜ At Santa Clara Meditation, we reflect on the lives of those who came before usโ€”not to dwell in the past, but to learn from their unanswered questions.
By discarding the false mind, we begin to discover what life truly is, what love truly means, and why we exist.

๐Ÿ” Unlike our forebears, we can now choose to live with awareness, clarity, and purpose.
