In the beginning, I was able to let go of the immediate thoughts that constantly arose in my mind. Those thoughts bothered me, but they were relatively shallow and temporary.
As time went on, however, I encountered much heavier and deeper burdens within myself β depression, inferiority, guilt, social anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts. These dark clouds felt far more difficult to discard, and there were times when I struggled to properly follow the meditation method. Because of that, I found myself asking many questions along the way.
Fortunately, I was guided by several wonderful meditation instructors who patiently helped me through those difficult and turbulent times.
There are truly no words to express how grateful I am that I was able to gradually remove those dark clouds from my mind through this meditation practice.
I especially want to thank the instructors who patiently supported me and allowed me to move through the process at my own pace.
After practicing this meditation, my mind has changed completely. I feel much more positive, peaceful, and hopeful about life now.
