📖 EXCERPT BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

Perfection is the state in which man has found the ‘Jung (Body)’ and ‘Shin (Mind)’ and has become reborn as Truth; it is the state in which such a person has become born in eternal Heaven and lives there. That he has reached this state means life and death are two sides of the same coin for him and that he is in true Paradise; they are not separate. […]

Now is the time in which Heaven, man, and earth will become unified as one inside man.

🌱 REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION

At Santa Clara Meditation, we understand that much of our daily anxiety stems from a deep, underlying fear of loss and death. We view life and death as absolute opposites because we cling so tightly to our temporary physical bodies and our self-centered minds. Master Woo Myung teaches that this separation is merely an illusion created by the false mind.

Through our step-by-step subtraction method, you can actively discard this fragile false self and the illusionary world you have built. As you completely empty your mind, you uncover the eternal, original foundation of the Universe—the true Body and Mind. In this awakened state of oneness, the fear of death naturally disappears. Life and death become one, and you realize that true Paradise is not somewhere you go, but what you become.
