📖 Introduction

Approaching college graduation is often portrayed as an exciting milestone, but for many, it brings overwhelming confusion and deep anxiety about the future. When you feel uncertain about what to do with your life or how to navigate the adult world, it is incredibly easy to look inward and blame your own personality. You might feel that your introverted nature or lack of confidence is the reason things aren’t working out, creating a heavy cycle of negative memories that make moving forward feel impossible. But what if those limiting personality traits aren’t actually you, but just a collection of false images you have stored in your mind?

In this post, a 25-year-old college student shares a profound turning point in his life. Facing graduation with a confused and anxious mind, he realized he needed a fundamental change. Through meditation, he discovered that his introverted personality and lack of confidence were merely illusions he had trapped himself in.

Read his inspiring story to see how discarding your false mental pictures can unlock true confidence, an awakened mind, and a clear direction for the future.

💬 Story: 🌱 “I Thought I Needed a Change Before Graduation”

By Knulp / Age 25 / Level 1

With college graduation approaching, my mind was confused and I worried a lot about what to do and how to live. I thought I needed some kind of change. So, I thought of meditation, which I had always been interested in and wanted to learn.

I looked up where to learn meditation. It was my first time knowing there were meditation organizations like this in Korea. Among them, I heard that this meditation was the most credible and effective, so I visited this meditation center. Located near Gyeryongsan Mountain, the air was good and I felt inexplicably happy. Doing this meditation, I felt many things.

“First of all, I lacked confidence and was introverted, so if things didn’t go well, I blamed my personality. Those things kept getting imprinted in my mind and brain, and those memories made it even harder for me.”

However, while doing this meditation, I realized that the memories in my mind and brain were false.

“I realized that I was simply bound by the images I had taken myself. And I learned that by discarding those memories, you approach the pure mind that humans originally had, and if you discard everything, you can have the infinite mind of the universe.”

I haven’t achieved complete enlightenment yet because it’s only Level 1, but I am very happy to have seemingly realized a little bit of the principles of this world and the universe. I am looking forward to what kind of enlightenment I will gain in Level 2, and I highly recommend it to those who feel they need to change themselves, want to find the truth, and hope to always maintain an awakened mind. I am grateful to this meditation, the method that makes me discard the fake me.
