π‘ INTRODUCTION
Do you constantly feel pressured by the thought that you must always be doing something? βοΈ In this beautiful and reflective poem titled “Cloud,” Master Woo Myung explores the fleeting nature of the world. Frost, snowstorms, and the occurrences of human life are mere moments in time.
Because we live trapped in our own minds, we carry deep anxiety, coming and going with the clouds. But when we finally let go of these burdens and pressures, our minds can truly be at leisure. π¬οΈ We can live in silence, moving effortlessly like a cloud that blows naturally with the wind. To awaken to the Truth is to realize that the cloud is the emptiness, and the emptiness is the cloud. β¨

Cloud
Frost and snowstorms are mere moments in time and so are the occurrences of the world. My mind is at leisure as I look upon the clouds. For the longest time I lived pressured by the thought that I must do things. Human life is one that is lived in oneβs own world. Human life comes and goes with the clouds, and thus one always has anxiety in his mind.
I live in the emptiness in silence, and my body has become a cloud that blows with the wind and because of the wind. This cloud simply blows with the wind, but people judge this cloud that is me. No one understands that the cloud is the emptiness, and the emptiness is the cloud. I strive to teach people this.
