Christianity was able to prevail over ancient philosophy, elevate itself to a superior spiritual position and spread itself around the world because it had the salvation ideology. It was also helped by the spread of Western culture and civilization around the world. However, European Christianity which flourished in the Middle Ages has now reached its limits because it is not perfection.
Countries which took in Christianity did so because of its superior culture but its progress will tail off after a certain period of time. The Christian ideology had many blockages or hitches; it was about sacrifice and love but people found it difficult to carry it out in practice. When an ideology is not perfection, it is bound to have hitches and blockages; all religions are imperfect religions.
