💡 INTRODUCTION
Most of our daily stress, suffering, and heavy burdens stem from a single source: reality not aligning with our personal expectations and desires. Master Woo Myung explains that this friction is caused by our mind of greed. When we try to force the world to bend to our self-centered wants, we inevitably experience disappointment, frustration, and exhaustion.
To genuinely transform our lives, we cannot simply rearrange our external circumstances; we must fundamentally change our minds. By discarding the false mind that creates this stress and clinging, we uncover the true mind. This inner transformation allows us to be reborn in the true world, empowering us to live with profound wisdom and effortlessly move in harmony with the natural flow of the Universe.
