ð Introduction
Do you ever feel like you are running on a hamster wheel, constantly exhausted by a never-ending cycle of random, negative thoughts? Many of us live our entire lives simply adding more and more heavy memories to our minds, eventually forgetting how to truly smile.
But what if the reason you feel so trapped is simply because no one ever taught you that the mind can actually be discarded?
In this post, two individuals share their transformative experiences of discovering mind subtraction. By learning that they were merely living inside the “fake pictures” of their own minds, they were able to step off the hamster wheel, let go of their lifelong negativity, and finally bring genuine laughter back into their lives.
ðŽ Story 1: “I didn’t know the mind could be discarded too”
By Autumn Sky / Age 41 / Level 1
Through the lecture, the concepts of ‘setting the exact direction’ and ‘always like the first time’ became a great compass for me.
“Obscured by the pictures in my mind, I was so used to just taking pictures of my mind and adding to them that I lived trapped in a difficult life like a hamster on a wheel, and I deeply realized that this was wrong.”
I didn’t know the mind could be discarded, and I didn’t know I was living in a picture world. Starting this meditation, I was able to cast off the me who only lived darkly, painfully, and depressedly. The changing things felt quite amazing.

ðŽ Story 2: “The meditation that brought laughter back to the smile-less me”
By dong1100 / Age 22 / Level 1
Before meditating, I always suffered from random thoughts, had lived with barely a smile since birth, and mostly lived with negative thoughts.
“Looking back at my past through meditation, I discovered the selfish ‘me’, and by discarding the false pictures, I came to understand the minds of the people around me…”
I learned the essence of actions, so I no longer get angry. Moreover, as I discarded negative minds, I naturally regained my laughter.
