It is best to see both the Old and New Testaments as prophecies.

This Savior is a complete being who is omnipotent and omniscient, and he is a person who can eliminate all creations in the world and enable them to go to the land of God.
In the time before the coming of Truth, religions did not have true salvation that allows people to go to the land of God.
