💡 INTRODUCTION
It is easy to overcomplicate the search for Truth, believing it must be something hidden, mystical, or profoundly difficult to grasp. 🏔️ In this clarifying teaching titled “What Does the Phrase, ‘A Mountain Is a Mountain, Water Is Water’, Mean?,” Master Woo Myung unravels the profound simplicity of reality.
When we look at the world, our heavy human minds often fail to see things as they actually are. We assume a mountain and water are entirely separate entities. 🌬️ Yet, while they appear distinct, everything originates from the exact same formless Truth. And at the exact same time, absolutely everything in creation—exactly as it is—is Truth. We only struggle to find Truth because we are desperately searching for it somewhere else, instead of realizing that reality, just as it exists right in front of us, is already perfect Truth. ✨

📖 EXCERPT FROM “WHAT DOES THE PHRASE, ‘A MOUNTAIN IS A MOUNTAIN, WATER IS WATER’, MEAN?” BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
People see the mountain simply as a mountain and they see water simply as water. However the mountain and the water originally came from the same place and they do not exist separately. At the same time everything, just as it is, is Truth; namely, the mountain is a mountain, and water is water. […]
He is unable to find it, because he looks for it elsewhere. […]
It means that things, just as they exist, are Truth.
