According to Master Woo Myung, when the origin of the universe becomes your mind, you are reborn in the kingdom of Truth.
The proof that one has truly become Truth is found in three things:
- The mind becomes the spirit of Truth
- The body becomes the soul of Truth
- One becomes complete, with no death

This Meditation Is About Becoming Truth, the True Mind. The Proof That One Has Become Truth Is…
The everlasting Truth is the eternal, never-dying God itself. The nature of Truth is that it is the living existence, which existed before the beginning and will exist after the end. It is the original shape of this vast universe. The original shape is the place of the Creator, which is the mother and father of all creation; it is the place before the whole of creation came forth, the place where everything comes from, and the place where nothing exists but the sole God.
This place is without beginning or end and is the living existence which exists as is. Nobody knows this existence because they do not have this existence within their minds; people speak and behave only as much as they have within their minds. When people become Truth while living and when there is the true kingdom within them while living, then they will have eternal life and heaven where life and death are the same.
When man discards his mind, his body, as well as the universe in order to become the perfect existence of Truth, only the origin of the universe remains. When this origin becomes his mind, he is reborn in the kingdom of Truth, heaven; he is reborn as Truth. Human completion is for humans to become Truth; it is to have no death and to live as is. But humans cannot become this existence because they do not know or see this existence. The method for humans to completely become this existence is:
The Complete Existence
When one’s self no longer exist and the stars, the Sun, the Moon, and the Earth no longer exist in this universe,
then only this
complete existence
remains.
This existence
becomes one’s mind.
The proof that one has been completely reborn as this existence is…
Truth, Soul and Spirit
The Soul and Spirit exists.
And one’s mind is reborn as the spirit of Truth.
Humans only know and think according to what they have in their minds, their mass of thoughts. When one’s mind changes into the spirit of Truth and is reborn as Truth, of the universe, he is one with the universe because his spirit, his mass of thoughts is one with the universe.
This is called becoming one with the spirit of the universe; he realizes that everything in the universe is of one soul and spirit. He is reborn as the soul and spirit of Truth and his mind becomes the mind of the true soul and spirit. He is enlightened of his perfection; he is a complete person.
Soul and Spirit
Truth
One whose mind has become the mind of the universe, Truth, has the spirit of Truth in his forehead.
One whose body becomes the body of the universe, Truth, has the soul of Truth.
One who becomes the mind of Truth will be enlightened of his completion.
Proof that one becomes complete, Truth itself, is:
- He has become the spirit of Truth.
- He has become the soul of Truth.
- He is complete.
One who realizes all three of the above is one who has accomplished everything; he is complete.
