If you are not Truth right now, the place where you worship or practice is false. Moreover, if a place has not been able to make a living person become Truth, then the rites performed there are also false. Only the place of Truth can send people to the land of Truth. Making living people become Truth and performing chundo for the dead, which is sending them to the land of Truth, can only be done by Truth.
