📖 EXCERPT BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

The new heaven is a place where all people are equal, where there is no human suffering whatsoever, and where man knows the honor of having lived as a human being… a place without wealth or poverty, where one can do whatever he wants for all eternity… a place where the concept of others does not exist, where everyone is one… a place where there is no heartache, only endless pleasure and beauty, yet no boredom; a place that could not be added to or improved upon, a place that has absolutely nothing lacking – such is the place of heaven that is being made anew.

🌱 REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION

At Santa Clara Meditation, we often see people searching endlessly for a perfect life, seeking to build their own “heaven” through material wealth, status, or changing their external circumstances. Yet, as long as these efforts are driven by the false, self-centered mind, they always end in a sense of lack, anxiety, or division. Master Woo Myung teaches that a true paradise cannot be built within the illusions of the human mind.

To enter this unimaginably beautiful new heaven, we must build it from within. Through our step-by-step subtraction method, you can actively clear away the root causes of suffering: your accumulated karma, fixed conceptions, and the illusionary self. As you completely empty this false mind, the boundaries between you and the world disappear. You awaken to the infinite Universe where “the concept of others does not exist” and everyone is one. This profound internal completion allows you to live in the true, everlasting new heaven right here and now.
