🧘 Full Testimonial: My Way of Thinking Has Changed from Night to Day

For most of my life, I searched for happiness outside of myself.

I looked for it through books, relationships, religion, and many external experiences, but no matter what I pursued, something always felt incomplete.

Even during moments that seemed happy on the surface, there was still an emptiness within me.

I often felt disappointed, stressed, sad, or emotionally drained without fully understanding why. Many times, I felt sorry for myself and wondered what was missing from my life.

Then one day, while visiting a public library, I happened to see a brochure about this meditation.

Out of curiosity, I decided to call and learn more about it.

After watching an introductory video and speaking with a meditation guide, I decided to give it a try — although honestly, I was still somewhat skeptical.

At first, I could not fully understand how “subtracting pictures from the mind” could possibly change my life.

But after meditating almost every day for the first two weeks, something began shifting within me.

The experience was surprisingly intense.

For the first time, I became aware of just how many “pictures” — memories, emotions, attachments, judgments, fears, and thoughts — had accumulated inside my mind over the years.

And little by little, I began realizing something profound:

The world I had been living in inside my mind was not reality itself.

I had been trapped inside my own mental world — a world built from accumulated memories, emotions, and false perceptions.

It felt as though I had been living my entire life with my eyes closed, and meditation was slowly opening them.

As my awareness deepened, I began seeing myself and the world differently.

Meditation gradually became something essential to my life.

Just as the body needs food to survive physically, I now feel that meditation nourishes and cleanses my mind.

One of the most meaningful realizations I experienced early in meditation was understanding that I am not separate from the universe.

Before meditation, I always believed that “I” and “the universe” were completely separate things.

But through meditation, my perspective changed completely.

My way of thinking transformed so dramatically that it honestly felt like night turning into day.

Now, I sincerely look forward to continuing deeper into the meditation process and completing every level.

I truly want to be reborn into a new way of living.

And for this opportunity and transformation, I feel deeply grateful for this meditation.
