Why do we procrastinate, even when we want to act?
Master Woo Myung shares a simple but powerful truth: procrastination is not a personality trait, it’s a state of mind.

Overcoming Procrastination: How to Stop Being Lazy

The reason why people put things off is either that there is something that they have to do at the moment or out of habit. People tend to procrastinate when their minds are complicated. When you eliminate this complicated mind, you will naturally take action and not procrastinate. Once you eliminate the mind that stops you from moving your body and taking action, you will be able to take action without procrastinating.
