What exactly is Truth? We often assume that undeniable factsβsuch as the sun rising in the east and setting in the westβare truth. However, Master Woo Myung explains that because physical entities like the sun and the earth will eventually disappear, they are not the ultimate Truth.
True Truth must be eternal, unchanging, and a living existence. It is the infinite emptiness of the Universe and the pure Spirit and Soul within it. While different religious traditions refer to this eternal existence as God, Buddha, or Allah, they all point to the exact same reality. We currently cannot see or experience this Truth because we live trapped inside our own temporary, self-constructed mind worlds. Only by discarding our false selves can we awaken to the eternal foundation from which all creations come and return.
