Growing up in India under strict parenting, then facing racial discrimination after immigrating to the U.S., Ritesh carried a deep burden of repressed emotions. He unintentionally directed this negativity toward his loved ones β€” a reality that deeply pained him.

Everything changed when he encountered a book by Teacher Woo Myung and began a powerful meditation method that showed him how to discard negative minds from their root. 🧠✨

Today, Ritesh and his entire family meditate together β€” living with gratitude, understanding, and joy every day. This is a true story of transformation from inner darkness to lasting peace.

πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ My Mind Was Like a Trash Can

By Ritesh A.

I was born in New Delhi into a devout Hindu family. I grew up with a very strict and conservative father whose temper often caused tension and pain within our home. From a young age, I learned to suppress my emotions rather than express them openly.

When I was 21 years old, I immigrated to the United States. Adjusting to life in a completely different culture was not easy. I struggled with racial discrimination, cultural differences, loneliness, and the emotional difficulties of adapting to a new environment.

Although I had buried my emotions for many years, the resentment, frustration, and anger that had accumulated inside me eventually became impossible to contain. Without realizing it, I began directing that negativity toward my husband and child.

Deep down, I knew this was not the kind of life I wanted to live, but I could not find a way out.

Everything began to change after I came across a book written by Woo Myung and started practicing this meditation.

Through meditation, I discovered something profound: my mind had become like a trash can, endlessly collecting painful memories, negative emotions, resentment, and countless β€œgarbage minds.”

The moment I realized this, it felt as though I had finally come back to life.

I had tried many different meditation methods before, but none of them truly changed me at the root level. Instead of focusing only on chakras or temporary relaxation, this meditation helped me clearly see the source of my negative mind. I was finally able to identify those deeply buried emotions, let them go, and remove them one by one.

This was the freedom I had been searching for all along.

As time passed, I began feeling lighter, freer, and more peaceful. I could genuinely see myself changing day by day.

The more I meditated, the more I realized how much pain and stress I had unintentionally caused my family. I felt deeply sorry, and because I experienced such meaningful change myself, I introduced this meditation to them as well.

Now, my entire family meditates together.

Today, we live with much more happiness, peace, and gratitude in our daily lives.

This meditation is an incredible study of the human mind. I sincerely hope others can experience it for themselves as well, because it truly has the power to transform the mind and change one’s life.
