Laughter Is the Best Medicine

In Eastern culture, there is a saying that laughter brings good luck and there is also another saying that laughter is good for your health. People can laugh when they have a positive and big mind. While the mind is laughing, there is no mind of stress. Laughter is the best medicine among all medicines because it makes the qi (energy) and blood circulate well. People who can always laugh do not have the mind of stress so they are healthier, can live longer, and also live a better life than those who do not laugh.
