πŸ“– Introduction

Have you ever looked back on your life and felt ashamed of the way you treated others? Sometimes, we live for years without recognizing our own arrogance, selfishness, or habit of blaming people for our problems. It is only when we honestly examine our thoughts and actions that we begin to see the attitudes we have carried within us.

In these two meditation testimonials, a 64-year-old practitioner shares the painful realization of having lived with pride and disrespect toward others, while a 37-year-old discovers the refreshing relief of letting go of accumulated thoughts and blame. Through mind subtraction meditation, both experience the value of sincere self-reflection and the possibility of living with a lighter, more peaceful mind.

πŸ’¬ Story 1: πŸͺž “I Was Ashamed That I Harbored Those Minds”

By Uncle Hee / Age 64 / Level 2

I sincerely thank the helper, assistant helper, and the teachers who studied together.

The more I study, I realize there are unspeakable minds inside me, and if I discard them one by one according to the method, the mind is discarded.

“I feel so ashamed that I lived harboring such minds, acting arrogantly, ignoring others, and living with a truly unspeakably wrong appearance.”

I want to discard these minds and live with the universe mind.

Thank you.

πŸ’¬ Story 2: 🌿 “The More I Subtract, the More I Want to Subtract, and I Reflect and Look Back on Myself”

By Ppaekkomi / Age 37 / Level 1

It feels good to feel refreshed and relieved as I subtract the things I thought and felt were frustrating and difficult.

I feel amazed that there is such a meditation method and that it works.

Thinking about the memories of how I have lived so far, I do something called reflection, and looking back on the things I only blamed others for, I am amazed to think that it was because of me.

“I thought that I tried to live life too hard, and I realized that the root of all problems was me.”

The more I subtract, the more I feel like I want to subtract, and the more I do it, I feel myself reflecting and looking back.
