📖 Introduction
Is it ever too late to discover something that completely changes how you see life? As we grow older, we sometimes look back with regret, wishing we had discovered certain opportunities earlier. We may believe that personal growth, spiritual discovery, or learning something new belongs to the younger generation. But age does not have to determine when we begin a meaningful new chapter.
Meditation can offer an opportunity for self-reflection, gratitude, and discovering a deeper sense of purpose at any stage of life. Sometimes, the most meaningful discoveries come when we least expect them.
In this heartfelt testimonial, an 80-year-old practitioner shares the joy and deep emotion of discovering mind subtraction meditation later in life. Although wishing to have encountered the practice sooner, this individual expresses profound gratitude for the opportunity to learn, continue progressing through the meditation levels, and eventually help others through volunteering.
Read this inspiring story to discover why personal growth, spiritual fulfillment, and the joy of learning do not have an age limit.
💬 Story: 🌷 “Meeting Such Study at a Late Age Fills Me with Deep Emotion”
By Yeo Seok-yeon / Age 80 / Level 1
Thank you. It would have been really nice if I had known about the opportunity to do this study of this meditation earlier; considering my age, it feels a bit late. Still, I am so happy and moved to discover such a place, even if belatedly, and to practice this meditation.
I have immersed myself in other religions and such, but I think this is a truly amazing phenomenon. The helpers giving lectures so passionately and diligently is very moving, and it sinks right into my heart.
“Fortunately, I earned the qualification for Level 2 and am continuing this study, and I definitely want to try and put into practice Levels 3 and 4 as well. Undertaking this study, albeit late, fills me with deep emotion.”
In the future, I want to practice even harder and also have the opportunity to volunteer.
I want to introduce this content to my family and friends that I know. I would also like to praise the method that is systematically operating in all aspects.
