💡 INTRODUCTION
What guides the migratory birds across the vast sky each year? 🕊️ In this evocative poem titled “Instinct,” Master Woo Myung beautifully contrasts the effortless flow of nature with the burdened, pondering mind of human beings.
While the farmer weeds his field with a heavy sigh and we constantly question the “whys” of the world, nature simply exists and moves according to the seasons. The red-crowned crane returns to the rice paddy guided by pure instinct—a profound reflection of the silent, unburdened mind of the Universe. 🌾 By letting go of our complicated human thoughts, we too can learn to live freely and naturally. ✨

📝 ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Instinct
The red-crowned crane that came to our rice paddy last year has come once again. No matter how much I ponder about it, why it has returned, I cannot say. How migratory birds fly according to the seasons, I cannot say.
The farmer weeding his field sighs as he looks up at the birds. The birds are flying away; the crane is gone.
