βI first became interested in this meditation after noticing the changes in my mother. She no longer displayed the same patterns of behavior that she had before, and I became increasingly curious about what she was doing. At the same time, I was going through a period of depression and searching for a new direction in my life.
My mother invited me to attend a seminar about this meditation in December 2011, and I decided to go. At first, I found the explanation very different from anything I had heard before.
