πŸ’¬ I Feel So Grateful and Blessed to Have This Meditation

By Channyra

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Flushing Meditation transitioned to online meditation sessions.

I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity.

Every day, I look forward to meditating.

It has become one of the most meaningful parts of my day.

Even though we meet virtually, I feel deeply connected to my fellow meditators and the meditation community.

It often feels as though we are all gathered together in the same room.

The experience has been truly uplifting.

🌿 Finding Peace During Uncertain Times

Since continuing my meditation practice online, I have felt happier, calmer, and more at peace.

While the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic affected many people, meditation helped me stay grounded and focused on what I could controlβ€”taking care of my health, maintaining a positive outlook, and living in the present moment.

This meditation helps me truly live each day with greater awareness and gratitude.

I have more energy, sleep better, and feel more focused throughout the day.

The constant stream of anxious thoughts, worries, and fears that once occupied my mind no longer have the same hold on me.

Instead, I feel more present and able to appreciate the people and experiences around me.

✨ Appreciating Life More Deeply

I have enjoyed spending more time outdoors on nature walks and staying connected with family and friends through video calls, phone conversations, and messages.

These simple moments have become even more meaningful.

One positive lesson from this challenging period is the reminder of how interconnected we all areβ€”with one another and with nature.

It has encouraged many of us to slow down, reflect, and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us every day.

Life is beautiful.

Nature is beautiful.

People are beautiful.

Through this simple method of meditation, I have learned to appreciate these truths more deeply than ever before.

🌸 Living with Gratitude and Awareness

I sincerely hope that more people will discover this meditation and experience the peace, clarity, and freedom from stress that it has brought into my life.

I feel truly grateful and blessed to have found this meditation.

Thank you to Flushing Meditation and everyone who has supported this journey.

Let us continue to meditate, grow, and coexist together.
